Hello there, friends!
Many of you have been asking about #The100DayProject daily creative prompts.
Here’s what you can expect:
practical tips to help you build your creative habit 🏋️♀️
creative exercises to get unstuck and generate more ideas 💡
journaling prompts to reflect on your process 💭
self-care practices for your body and spirit ✨
creative inspiration to motivate and energize you 💃
If you’re interested in starting a journaling practice or getting more creative motivation and support, I think you’ll like them.
If you’re looking for prompts to tell what to do for your project every day, these might not be what you’re looking for – your project continues to be self-guided, the prompts we offer are to help you better understand and define your creative process so that you can show up and make every day.
A few commonly asked questions:
Do I have to be participating in the project to get the prompts?
Nope! It’s like a little creative love letter 💌 in your inbox every day, and you can do that regardless of whether or not you’re doing the project this year.Do I have to be a paid subscriber in order to do the project?
Definitely not. Doing the project is free, the paid version is optional. Can I use the prompts as my project?
Of course! What’s different from last year?
This year we have more guest contributors (more on that soon!). And about 2/3 of the prompts will be new this year, with some repeats from favorite posts over the last 3 years. What are the perks of becoming a paid subscriber?
A daily creative prompt for all 100 days of the project, access to 300+ past prompts, and so much gratitude for supporting the project 💓If I’m already a subscriber, do I need to sign up again?
Nope. If you’re already a subscriber (thank you 🙏), no need to sign up again – you’ll get an email a few days before your subscription auto renews. And if you’d like to cancel your subscription at any time, here’s how to do that.
Not interested? No problem. This is the one and only dedicated email I’ll send out this year about becoming a paid subscriber. Doing the project is and has always been free – the prompts are just a bonus, and your support helps us cover our expenses to keep the project going, pay contributing writers, and add to what we can offer here. For example, I’ve hired someone to help with social media and feature more of the community (more on that soon!).
Other ways you can support the project:
do the project ✨
invite friends to participate 👯♀️
cheer people on 🥳
and share your work 🖼️

My problem is I'm in no shortage of prompts or ideas for this year. I'm worried about the bottle necking.
I have not received any prompts as a paid subscriber
