What a great reframe on comparison – the idea that what we admire in others is present in us as well.
Today:
Make a list of artists or works of art you admire,
Add some details about what you admire about them,
Reflect: in what way does what you appreciate or admire belong to you as well?

I have a lot of heroes in my career, but I've never done the reflection exercise and thought about what I admire in them belonging to me as well...it was quite a wonderful shift in perspective because I'm a comparison-queen ; )
