This was really stimulting to think about in terms of my practice. I absolutely believe that part of my creative practice is also fostering and nurturing community. But I had never thought of it as part of how I create before. A big thank you!
This year, I wasn't sure I'd do it, so I didn't do my usual overthinking. 🤣 I've done the project since 2015!
Then a long time friend passed on to me two containers of cancelled postage stamps and a beautiful handmade book with 98 pages in it. So I decided to do 100 days collaging with stamps. I have an ideas sketchbook and I jot down ideas for how I can use the stamps, and I've been working in series, in the sense that I'll explore the same idea (quilt, rainbow, houses) for several days.
I wish that Instagram hadn't devolved the way it has. It's hard to follow hashtags anymore. But still I post my work, casting it into what seems like the void 😀
Anjelika is the best!!!!

🥰 thank you friend

Thank you Felicity for your note — I hope thinking about your process will inspire a different way to approach your creative practice 💫
