I have something I’d like to add about the word “must”. It should be used in our minds with careful thought. We can’t fall into using “must” when we could be saying “I’d be happier if I did ‘x’.” Much unhappiness can also be brought upon ourselves when we fall into the habit of “must” thinking. Ask me how I know. 😢
