Hi, friends—

Back in the “before times,” we’d wrap up the project every year by organizing local get-togethers all around the world. I don’t know about you, but even years in I feel like there are layers to reemerging from this thing. My circle got smaller and tighter, and there’s sweetness in that. Part of getting older too, I think. But I miss making new friends! I miss the people whose last names you never know. We did what we had to do, but I’m ready to get out there again.

The big event: Elle and I are planning a Bay Area event later this summer—details coming soon-ish, but likely mid/late July as I’m about to leave on a 6-week road trip! (Let me know if you have tips for Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, or Colorado. I’ll also be passing through Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Nevada, albeit more quickly. Maybe we can celebrate on the way? I’m open!).
