Anyone out there feeling stuck? Hit a snag? Missed a beat and wanting to get back in the flow?
It may sound counter intuitive, but staying in any creative motion will aid your overall energy in this project, regardless of what your specific medium may be. As we say in coaching: motion is better than stasis, and forward is a pace. To avoid total paralysis from giving doubts too much time to grow, take any ol’ step to grease the wheels.
I made us a little creativity “bucket list” to help shake off stagnant energies this week (or next, or the week after). I’ve always found that allowing myself to play in a different space helps me re-meet my goals with fresh eyes.

Something outside which involves movement.
Exercise and taking in the natural world always stimulate my creativity.
Take a long walk and make a note of how many/what birds and flowers you see 🪶🌼🍃
Lindsey I was confused about which prompts I was following. I found what I was looking for but it led me to reading the newsletters. Question: When I read them there’s a concept behind them all like the hummingbird or jackhammer. But is there an actual prompt or is it a concept?
