Whether you have managed to tend to your project for the full 90 count, or 9 weeks, 9 days, 9 minutes, you should absolutely feel worthy of submitting.

Don’t forget - submissions are chosen at random, and not via a subjective “good/bad” selection process. Those kinds of labels just ain’t our thing.

Lindsay’s prompt on “your style is YOU” reminded me of something Tracy Ellis Ross said on the We Can Do Hard Things podcast (great pod, if you’re looking). Having spent her life deep in the world of fabulous fashion, courtesy of her mama Diana Ross, she feels that expressing herself through style is not about “Look at me” but rather “This IS me”. I love this perspective and try to apply it to my own life - in how I dress, yes (and wow do I really have the tired mom look DOWN)…but also in the ways I create as a writer and coach.
