The 100 Day Project starts in ONE WEEK!
how to make time + other important questions
Hello, friends—
This week, I got a great question from a mom in the community:
It’s such an honest question—and not just for parents. Many of us struggle to make space for things that don’t produce, perform, or serve someone else in a clear way.
AND! There’s a part of you that knows it matters anyways. That’s why you’re here!
Here’s what I told her:
Since I’m not a parent, I asked those of you who are for some practical and encouraging advice. Here’s what they had to say (and it’s good advice for those of us without kids too).

Start small. Do you what you can. Look at your life as it is and choose a project that fits. Invite people in. Let your project and yourself evolve. It all counts! You’re worth your time and energy. We start next Sunday, February 22.
XO,
Lindsay
