Hey Jayme! It’s Day 1, a lot of people are still figuring out how to get started. Week 1 is a little logistics-heavy, but the prompts will get more involved as we go.
I will spend a minimum of 30 min/day creating symbols of feminism with textile art. My container is the 30 min/day. I was SO tempted to do 100 symbols but I reeled it in because textile art is slow art and I don’t want to rush it! Proud of myself! 😅
Hi Everyone, I’m Beth from Chehalis, Washington. I am happy to have found this supportive subscription. A couple of years ago I participated in the 100 day challenge by sketching a flower daily. I remember I started to feel like it was something I had to do; not wanted to do, however completing the challenge felt good but not as satisfying as I’d hoped. I had set myself up to keep things simple yet I didn’t allow for play and exploration. So this year I am going to create a dog a day while allowing for mixed media to take a front seat. My goal is to keep it under 30 minutes or less and remain open to possibilities and put any expectations away. I have made a simple card deck of art material prompts and I precut different types of 6”x6” papers for my daily substrate. We will see how this goes! I hope everyone has a playful 100 day journey❤️
Hello from just north of you. I love this idea of art material prompt cards. I’ve often wanted dice or something to create random pairings, but your cards are even better idea.
This is Day 1, Annika! Week 1 is a little tactical as people get oriented, we’ll get more creative as we go. If you’re looking for a specific word or energy, try “anchor!”
For the next 100 days, I will… write for at least ten minutes
I will write a poem a day for the next 100 days.
DAY 1 ✅️
I will work on my One Zentangle a Day book for the next 100 days.
I will collage and paint in my sketch book each day for the next 100 days
Hello
For the next 100 days, I will… watercolor a small picture each day - I have never watercolors before but want to try a new hobby.
First time where does one find the prompt?
This is Day 1!
That’s it?

For the next 100 days I will create a pattern / mark making example on a paint chip to build a resource library.
Oh, I love this idea!
Thank you! It’s been rattling around in my head for years and I figures it’s time, lol.
This is a great idea 🙂 I think you just gave me some inspiration for a project I need to do.
I wish I could take credit for it, but I saw it on Pinterest years ago and have been wanting to do something similar ever since. I’m glad to share it!
For the next 100 days, I will draw 1 line in my sketch book. Whatever happens after that💁♀️
For the next 100 days, I’m going to create a sort of mixed media piece utilizing photos of statues I’ve taken on my travels.

for the next 100 days I will play on my ukulele for ten minutes in the morning.
Starting an illustrated reading journal!
Where do I find the prompt? Was the very nice interview the prompt? I do not have a great handle on what a prompt really is?😬
